Our CBT program at care 1st MD is an individualized program tailored to your specific mental health concerns. The program requires a 3-4 month commitment which involves weekly sessions, recommended readings, homework assignments and optional group sessions.

Being involved in a CBT program requires the individual to be an active part of the process. Our CBT program is an individualized program which requires a 3-4 month commitment of weekly follow-up sessions. There are certain requirements and rules one must follow in order for the process to be effective.
