No Show / Late Cancellation Policy

A “no show” is someone who:

• Misses their appointment
• Cancels their appointment with less than 24 hours (1 business day) notice for family doctors, or 48 hours (2 business days) notice for specialists (including CBT and Weight Management.)
• Fails to present at a reasonable time of a scheduled appointment (Late Arrival)
